In this article, we outline the research on entrepreneurial education for non-business students. We also propose a synergetic framework to the existing research that is based on four dimensions of social learning: observational learning, the role played by mentors and peers as well as the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a tool for social learning, as well as institutional influences on learning. We further discuss how this framework can be utilized in a more systematic manner to guide research and development of entrepreneurial education in the coming years.
